How long does shipping take?
Items are shipped out no later than one - three working days after you place your order (do not include weekends or public holidays). We use Singapore Post as forwarder for all local deliveries. After your parcel has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you will be provided with a tracking code to track the delivery status of your parcel here. Your order will arrive in roughly 3 days, depending on your location and the guidelines set by Singapore Post. If expedited shipping is needed, do email us!
If you opt for In-Store Pick-up, you can pick up your order at our showroom at 16 Adam Park, Singapore 289935. Once your order is made, we will send you an email to arrange a date/timing that suits you.
What if my order is URGENT?
We can quote you an express delivery but be warned, it could be very expensive.
What do your shipping fees cover?
Packaging, handling and postage. But no customs clearance or import tax are included.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Anything Paypal accepts, we accept...Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or account payments.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Sorry, we do not accept returns unless you received the wrong item or if it is damaged or faulty. If it is damaged or faulty, please send us a photo of the faulty item and we either resend you the product or refund what you have paid. We will refund your payment to your Paypal account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed it is damaged or faulty.
